We are a full service psychotherapy practice in Manhattan and Brooklyn. Treatment is unique to the individual, and is set in a non-judgmental and empathic environment. Our goal is to help facilitate change and personal growth and help clients gain insight into their patterns, difficulties, and relationships. Our clinicians offer Psychodynamic/Insight Oriented therapy, EMDR, Somatic psychotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Behavioral therapy, Mindfulness-Based therapy, Yoga therapy, and Walk-and-Talk therapy (therapy outdoors).

Leon Silvers founded Silvers Psychotherapy in New York City in 2011. We have offices in Manhattan and Brooklyn. We work with individuals of all gender, race, ethnicity, age, religion, sexual orientation, and life difficulties.
